Jógastund is for everyone who wants to practice yoga with children, especially parents and teachers.
The book contains lovely yoga poses along with stories, exercises and games. The exercises and games are accessible to everyone, where, for example, we imitate animals and objects in nature together, practice breathing exercises and nurture intimacy with massage games.
The pace of a modern society is fast and it does not only affect us adults, but also our children. Helping children to slow down, find calmness and de-stress is important.

The book is presented in such a way that practitioners do not need to have a foundation or knowledge of yoga, but are interested in learning about yoga, like to move, practice self care and have a good time together with the people around them. All positions are well explained and often different versions of the positions are shown so that it is easy find a suitable version.
